Frequently asked questions
When do orders ship?
All orders are baked fresh to order and ship every Tuesday. Orders placed after Monday at 12 PM EST will ship the following week.
Why is shipping expensive?
Our goal is to get your cookies to you as quickly and safely as possible, which is why we use UPS 3-Day shipping options to help ensure they arrive fresh, soft, and ready to enjoy β because nobody wants stale cookies or shipping headaches.
How long do cookies stay fresh?
Made with mostly clean ingredients and no unnecessary preservatives, our cookies are best enjoyed within 3β4 days for peak freshness. We believe cookies should taste homemade β not shelf stable.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If thereβs an issue with your order, please reach out and weβll make it right.
Do your products contain allergens?
Yes. Our kitchen uses dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. As someone who grew up with a little sister who has severe peanut and tree nut allergies, avoiding cross-contamination is something we take very seriously. While all products are made in the same home kitchen and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, we do our absolute best to minimize risk. Any products containing peanuts or tree nuts are always made at the very end of each baking day to help reduce the chance of cross-contamination.
Do you cater events?
Yes! We offer cookies for birthdays, corporate events, pop-ups, parties, and more. For catering inquiries or large custom orders, please email us at vivrantllc@gmail.com π€
